You have the full right to exchange and reject the order (right of return) for a period of 14 days in accordance with the law of return agreements.

The right of return does not apply to foodstuffs (edible products, such as candy). The right of return also does not apply to specially manufactured goods.

In order to be able to return other products (such as non-edible or custom-made products), they must be unused and in the same condition in which the customer received them.

You yourself are responsible for shipping back to us and for the risk of transportation to the Post Office.

Note The right of return applies only if the reason is related to the quality of the goods, in other cases a one-time amount (149 SEK within EU countries or 99 per kilogram for non-EU countries) is charged to cover shipping costs.

When we record the return, we will notify you via email and the refund will be processed.

Always contact us at info@kosaison.com before returning your merchandise to get more information on how to do so and to avoid misunderstandings.

Unclaimed parcels:

If your package is not received on time, you will be charged SEK 299 to cover our handling costs.

To complain Transportation damage must be reported to the post office as soon as the damage is discovered.

If there is an error or an item was shipped incorrectly, you must contact us as soon as possible via email at info@kosaison.com mentioning the error, and you will receive information on how to proceed.

We bear the cost of these returns. It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase
